$92 on eBay -- the Glass, the Digitizer, and the LCD too.  That's what I have.  I saw how hard it was to spare the LCD when the Digitizer has a problem.  The digitizer is the component on the back of the glass that tells the iPhone where and how its being touched.  My issue is that my iPhone 2G is dead in more than one area of the touch screen.
