From that point customization and content building can be done by the site owner. Not much technical know how is required after the setup in order to add new information to the website.

All You Mail at AllYouMail.com was build using HTML and CSS to create a search friendly website with easy to follow navigation. The SEO on the site was customized to produce good results when people searched for "incredible newsletter software" on the internet. To this day it pulls up as the top result for that phrase, even above the more popular software in the category "Incredi-Mail".

The Wix demo site is a terrific showcasing of what can be done with a tiny budget. I'll set up a site like this for you for $50 if you give me the license to have my way with it.
