Rental Policies

Our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are:

Down Payment:
Half the total lodging amount before taxes is asked for at the time of reservation with balance due at Check-In.
December reservations must be paid in full 30 days in advance of arrival.
Cancellation:
The cancellation fee is $15. A cancellation can be made as late as 15 days before arrival, but we will need 30 days notice for reservations in December
Minimum Stays
Minimum stay December 20 - 31 is 3 nights.
Minimum stay all other times is 2 nights.

All rates subject to change without notice, except those guaranteed with advance deposit.
