  Reservations
 
Reservations are gladly accepted by phone and held with a credit card or a deposit. Personal checks are welcome, as are VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

  Our Rules
 
Down Payment
  Half the total lodging amount before taxes is asked for at the time of reservation with balance due at Check-In. December reservations must be paid in full 30 days in advance of arrival.
Cancellation
  The cancellation fee is $15. A cancellation can be made as late as 15 days before arrival, but we will need 30 days notice for reservations in December
Minimum Stays
  Minimum stay December 20 - 31 is 3 nights. Minimum stay all other times is 2 nights.

• Smoking is permitted in outside areas only.
• Absolutely no pets!!
• Security deposit required for half the total lodging amount

• 18 miles to the historic gold mining town of Red River
• 11 miles to the ski village of Angel Fire
• 35 miles to historic Taos, once home to D.H. Lawrence, Georgia O'Keefe, Alice B. Toklas and other art and literary figures from bygone eras
• 30 miles to historic Cimarron and Philmont Scout Ranch, located on the old Santa Fe Trail
• Elk, mule deer, turkey, bear, coyote, eagles and mountain lion run free and can be seen any time
• The Enchanted Circle - a 95 mile trip by private vehicle, that takes you through the Sangre de Cristo chain of the great Rocky Mountains and some of the most beautiful scenery you have ever experienced
• Hike to the top of Wheeler Peak (13,161 ft.), the highest point in New Mexico
• Aspencade(in late September), when the Aspen put on their fall colors
• July 4th fireworks and parade -- the third largest fireworks display in the state of New Mexico
